Ernest has 17 years of experience as an international trader and supply chain professional with a focus on imports and exports of industrial minerals. He holds an MBA from University of South Wales and brings strong strategic, operational and management skills to Independent Mineral Distributors (IMD) and its clients.
Varaidzo has 18 years of experience in finance and IT which she leverages to serve Independent Mineral Distributors (IMD) and its clients as Account Manager. She holds an Honours degree in Computer Science.
